- Performs analysis of existing state and impacts to future desired state
- Demonstrated creation of clean working deliverables and presentations that are well-aligned to the target audience level
- Anticipate and incorporate needs and expectations of every position and department of an organization and its customers
- Demonstrated increasing levels of responsibilities and acquisition of skills in job history
- Ensure business direction and technology solution aligns to business goals and objectives
- Knowledge of industry best practices but capable of thinking outside of the box
- Training knowledge and delivery experience preferred to ensure solution is transitioned effectively to client
